After the warehouse hands the carton to the carrier, a tracking number is emailed automatically. Click that link for scan history. If the mail has not arrived yet, the order may still be in packing; in-stock items usually leave within a few business days after payment. Carriers often show label created before the first physical scan. That status is normal for a day or two. Sunday and holiday calendars pause movement. If tracking stops for several days after a scan, write to partycity@gmail.com with the order number. If the status is delivered and you do not have the box, wait until the end of the day, check common drop spots, then contact us so we can open a trace. Split shipments can have more than one number; each carton is its own trail. We cannot redirect a moving parcel except through the carrier. Address fixes must reach us before a label prints.
